Professor Grace Pinmecit Ishaku PENNAP

Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, Nigeria. 

Prof Grace Pinmecit Ishaku PENNAP holds a PhD in Microbiology from Ahmadu Bello UniversityZaria, Nigeria. Prof. Pennap lectures both undergraduate and postgraduate students at Nassarawa State University, Nigeria. Besides lecturing, Prof. Pennap is a researcher of international repute. Her niche area of research includes public health and basic sciences. As a researcher, she researched and published numerous articles in local and internationally accredited journals, and has written many book chapters. Prof. GPI Pennap is a speaker at local and international conferences with many conference proceedings published. Prof GPI Pennap is an external examiner with several universities both at home and abroad. Currently, she is the Deputy Vice Chancellor (Administration), Nassarawa State University, Nigeria. 

Dr MDV Nakin,

Dr Nakin is the Acting Director of Risk and Vulnerability Assessment Centre at Walter Sisulu University. Joined Walter Sisulu University as a Lecturer in Zoology Department until the current position and have research teaching and management experience both at secondary and tertiary levels. He is a council board member of Zoological Society of Southern Africa. His research interest is mainly on marine ecology/biology (rocky shores) and collaborating with South African Institute for Aquatic Biodiversity (SAIAB): African Coelacanth Ecosystem Programme (ACEP). Dr Nakin has successfully supervised/co-supervised 19 post-graduate students and currently has 8 post-graduate students. He has also participated in conference scientific/organising committees, chairing scientific/plenary sessions. He has authored/co-authored many scientific papers in internationally accredited journals

Dr Simbarashe Ndhleve

Dr Simbarashe Ndhleve is currently a researcher at Walter Sisulu University’s Risk and Vulnerability Science Centre. He holds a BSc, MSc, and PhD in Agricultural Economics from the University of Fort Hare.  Prior to this, he gained several years of experience in Agricultural Economics and related subjects working as a researcher at University of Fort Hare. His research interests include agricultural systems analyses, econometrics modelling, rural livelihoods analyses, climate change research, food security, rural development, and poverty and inequality analyses. Dr Ndhleve has published several book chapters and articles in internationally accredited journals.
